And we begin with a burst of unicorns in the forecast for tonight's evening sky.

Meteorologists say there's a good

chance that a celestial event known as a unicorn meteor shower will take place

shortly before midnight eastern time and last just under an hour.

The cosmic outburst scientific name is Alpha Monocerodids,

Monoceros being Greek for unicorn.

Meteor showers occur when the Earth passes through debris left by a

comet or asteroid. Tonight's short but powerful storm could potentially

unleash 400 shooting stars and if you're allowed to stay up and watch it,

those of you living in the western and north central parts of the country will have

the best view. How close is too close, maybe up to the courts to decide.

A man in Georgia is suing Burger King because the fast food outlet cooked his

Impossible Whopper on the same grill as its beef burgers.

Philip Williams is a strict vegan and claims he wouldn't have bought the

burger had he known it was prepared alongside meat.

Burger King's website does state that it offers a non-broyler cooking method available on request.

The company has so far declined to comment on the lawsuit.

The rising popularity of plant-based burgers is testing fast food chains ability to meet

customers demands due to limited grill space. Technology and the
