And we begin with a lot of hurry up and wait as we all get where we're going for Thanksgiving.

In fact, AAA, the Automobile Association of America,

actually predicts this will be the busiest travel period

in more than a dozen years.

With more than 50 million Americans hopping aboard trains,

planes and automobiles for a holiday getaway with family or friends. The

busiest flying day will be Sunday with 3 million people trying to get back home. The second busiest is today.

So when you pack your bags, pack your patients. No matter where you're headed, it's going

to take longer than you expected.

The weather outside will be bone-chilling tomorrow, at least in New York City, for the 92nd

annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

The high temperature is forecast to be

27 degrees so it will be even colder than that when the parade kicks off at 9 a.m.

The stars of this event won't mind. There are 16 giant balloons,

including for the first time the Elf Stars of Netflix

The Christmas Chronicles.

Some favorites will return as well,

like Charlie Brown, the Grinch, and the Pillsbury

Doughboy. In a case you're wondering who are those people who hold on to the balloons,

they're Macy's employees, their family members, or close friends.

Football fans are still reveling in Monday night's history-making game.
