All right. Joe Biden, President Biden's Student Loan Forgiveness Act.

Well, it's more, it's not an act.

It's not a bill.

It's a presidential directive.

He has said, and the president has a lot of power with these directives.

He can control a lot of our government.

And sometimes he can't.

And so his student loan forgiveness plan, which students really appreciated,

and that's $10,000 forgiveness on loans, federal loans, and $20,000 for particularly poor folks who are on Pell Grants, which the government gives another $10,000, but it has to be paid back.

Well, it's all forgiven under the student loan forgiveness plan.

Yeah, there are a few people that are not particularly happy with it,

and lawsuits have been filed by some southern states

and some political, conservative political organization

saying the president doesn't have a power.

That's that simple.

This is Congress that has to do this, not the president.

So he has usurped.

He's gone beyond his presidential power.

Thank you.

We want the forgiveness plan declared illegal, unconstitutional, because he has gone beyond his ability.

And this is Congress, as I said.
