that allow moms and dads to link to your account, limit searches,

set time limits, and restrict who can view or comment on your profile.

The goal the company says is to help teens strike a balance between safety and self-expression.

Nearly a third of the app's users are between 10 and 19.

Tik-Toc during election week.
