These are the garden variety side effects from perfectly legal medications.

I know offense, but side effects, they're not nearly as

fun as the side effects of illegal medications, if you know what I'm saying. But on the other hand,

it's important to know that you've consumed something that has side effects. On yesterday's show,

our very own Mike Hawk brought us a story of four Florida middle schoolers and went to the hospital after eating weed gummies.

Eight kids ate them, four had to go to the hospital.

They got high, but they did not know they were high.

Meanwhile, 11 kids, they went through the same thing in Chicago.

In that case, I believe they had brownies, not gummies, but you understand the final result there.

The side effect

of weed consumption is getting stone. But side effects, they come in many forms. Some people,

they'll have a stroke and then end up with a foreign accent, or some people have phantom pain

on a body part that's been amputated. Or maybe you'll have Charles Bonnet syndrome. That's a condition that temporarily leads to hallucinations.

And I only bring this up because a man who had eye surgery ended up with Charles Bonnet syndrome

and spent the next 10 days hallucinating, specifically of boobs.

We're not making this up.

He saw boobs everywhere he looked, boobs for 10 days.
