When we begin with, the Texas Rangers on top of the baseball world for the first time

in franchise history.

Last night, they beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 5-0 in game 5 to win the World Series and

snap what had been the dubious distinction of being the oldest team in the majors without

a ring.

And they did it their first year with Bruce Bochi in charge.

Mr. Bochi is now among the elite few managers with four rings to his name.
