surroundings have changed a little bit we're down at the edge facility we're on

the 100 yard range I've got Jim to my left this time Jim to my left and even

further left we've got Justin one of our just most excellent edge instructors

and today we're gonna talk most excellent most excellent you're gonna have to tell

you guys about that you're the mostest today we're gonna talk about in in my

opinion one of the most versatile and functional and practical rifle rest you

can have and that's your backpack so right now we've got we've got an example in

front of us I've got it stuffed with essentially just a puffy jacket a

couple other you know small ancillary items not a whole lot but definitely

enough to help give you a rifle rest I'm gonna speak to why you're gonna have

those things with you a little bit later Justin's gonna speak to a lot more

about hunting or using your pack as a rest but let's just dive in Justin

yeah absolutely yeah what how handy is a backpack as a rifle rest kind of like

you said it's a pretty versatile right so when it comes to like shooting

equipment a lot of people kind of view a particular item and take it almost

at face value so for example if they shoot see like a tripod they just see

three legs on the ground they see a backpack they're like again I'm just gonna

put items in it and throw it on my back in reality thinking outside the box a

lot of different applications for that backpack shooting rests support front

support rear support filling gaps and minimizing that wobble zone on target
