Okay, Marie, with your first question.

Hi, Clayton.

My question is, I am 56.

I have a home that is paid off that I receive $18.50 a month in rent.

And I am trying to figure out if I should sell the home

so I can make other investments to help for my retirement or if I should refinance

or take out a home equity loan on this home to get some more money, some more capital to put down on other properties.

Please let me know what you think. The home is worth about 400,000 if I sold it.
