0:42.1	Hmm, yes.
0:43.7	A healthy dose of something.
0:47.2	Okay, so let me spell some of the words,
0:49.3	a healthy, H-E-A-L-T-H-H-Y, healthy dose, D-O-S-E of something.
1:01.0	So we use this expression to describe when we receive a sufficient or appropriate amount of something.
1:13.6	For example, a healthy dose of reality, a healthy dose of fear, a healthy dose of motivation,
1:25.0	or obviously if you know the word dose, o s e this will make sense a healthy dose
1:32.8	of medication okay and again it means that we have received enough of that thing to make a difference, to have an impact, to help us, to help us, okay?
1:50.6	So, for example, let's say I have a headache. My head is hurting me. Oh, it's so painful.
1:59.5	So what I need is some aspirin, right? I might need some
2:05.2	aspirin. So if I take one aspirin, it's not enough. My head is so painful. It's not enough.
2:16.0	But if I take two aspirins, then suddenly I'm okay. So we could say
2:22.3	that a healthy dose of aspirin will fix your headache. Is one pill enough? Well, for me, not enough.
2:34.5	But two pills seems to be enough.
