Sean Croxton.com. We got a brand new speaker on the show. Her name is Morgan

DeBon. She is the founder and CEO of Blavidy Inc and today she's gonna reveal

the mindset that it takes to start up and grow a successful business. Here's

Morgan. I read an interview and I wanted to bring this point up.

What was the biggest obstacle in launching and getting Blavidy off the

ground? Not necessarily a business issue but maybe internal. Well, I don't know

what did I say. Great research mindset mentality. I'll definitely mindset.

Talk about that because as a young person, you know, people are always gonna tell

you you don't have enough money, you don't have enough experience, go do these

things, you know, of access, you don't really know what you're doing yet. So

those things are back there and I want, you know, as a 23 24 year old launching

a company. Right. Yeah, so I did a lot of research. You know, I was I'm a planner.

So I read all the blogs. I read everything you possibly read and there was

no one that looked like me that was black. I'm not even just starting with a

woman. Let's just start with black. There was no one at the time who had raised

over a million dollars. The only person who was in the news at the time was

Tristan Walker because he was head of BD at four square. Like that was like the

biggest thing. And obviously Tristan went and told us company to PNG, which is

great. So we made it. But at the time that that wasn't there, right? So that was

the first thing that there was no clear example. And so that was that was one
