mate. Thank you. And the first thing I want to ask you is, does more bait mean more big carp?

Sometimes, yes, in my opinion.

I've always been one that likes to use a hell of a lot of bait.

And we are talking probably more bait than most people would consider was even, you know, a thing, aren't we at times?

Yeah, mate. Yeah, definitely. I've always been in the opinion, feed them.

Really? Yeah, like lots of bait in... Well, in the right situation.

Yeah. Lots of bait. But I wouldn't just turn up to a water and absolutely fill it in and sit there and

expect to catch.

I think it's something that you sort of build up, like, over a period of time, whether

that be like, you know, a month, two months a year, whatever.

And we're going to talk a little bit about how that approach has sort of profoundly

affected the way your fishing is.

Because obviously once you go down that route, it's so specialised, I think, that it probably

shapes the whole of your angling, you know, once you're into a baiting campaign.

Because by its very nature,

it means you're probably going in the same swim again next week.
