If you want X, Y, Z as a goal, whether that's 20 transactions, whether that's 100 in a year,

you know, why don't you just go somewhere quiet or maybe go for a walk and

and visualize you actually doing that you know so if you're goal setting go sit down

with yourself in the future and say you know this is the person I became and these

are the things I did and these are the things I gave up in order to do that goal.
