My name is Greg Klunis and in this episode I want to talk about the power of work.

What do I mean by that?

Well, a couple of episodes, I talked about why you should focus on doing the work.

And I meant that.

In order to make any changes in your life,

the only thing you need to worry about is showing up every day and working.

That's it.

However, it recently dawned on me that there is a very cool thing that happens when you sit down and work.

And it's fascinating, and it's something that you've probably experienced before,

whether in school or college or wherever you've had to work on projects.

But it's really fascinating because here's what happens.

You know, we set a goal, we set this big goal,

or we have this big paper,

or we have this big, massive volume of things that we need to do and it seems impossible. It seems like it's

going to take so much effort, it seems so difficult, it seems like the worst

most challenging thing in the world and the thought of doing it is just forget about it.

But then you sit down and you do one tiny thing.

And what happens?

All of a sudden, the rest of it feels doable.
