bit of time to get this out, but we've been talking about filming this one for a while. So it's going to be an amazing episode. Sit back and enjoy as we tell you some unique ways to burn more calories in your day. So first and foremost, I'm just going to go with a very obvious one. And that's just walk more.

I mean, at the end of the day, you know, we're a great mechanism for transportation. Myself included, you know, I want to drive everywhere. But there's a lot of the times where I realize like, hey, like if it's a small distance, I can just walk there or I can park farther away. And I know I said this, but I really want to bring up the importance of this because, you know,

even like, like I was saying to Kyle today, we went to this really busy place and we're like, oh, where are we going to park? And I was saying, like, realistically, if you know, you do a three-minute walk of a distance, you get parking for free, easier access, you know, no one's going to smoke your door with their car. and that's just a small thing you can do.

It's just make that little change and walk more.

episodes, now I'm walking up the stairs significantly more. I used to make a lot more excuses, take the elevator, become lazier. You know, instead of the escalator, now I'm taking the stairs. And this is an instant way just to get some more steps in, burn some more calories and just, you know, not be as lazy as we all want to be. Next up, and this is one of my favorite things, is start a competition with someone.

I love competitions, and I actually have a buddy who got complacent,

and he competed in one of my other friends who's known not to be the hungriest individual or anything.
