sustain it is that we had to have a culture of openness and trust and a very well-run feedback loop that allowed us to identify and solve problems

And we found that as you build more and more layers of team and leadership,

brought in Deepak Sharma. He is our VP of coaching operations and he is a expert in Six Sigma and

lean. And he has been working with us for the last two years to operationalize the business and businesses.
