about decision-making, and I would like to share with you a basic, very simple decision-making framework

that you can apply to many decisions in life.

You can certainly apply this to many important financial decisions, but this goes beyond that.

Somebody sent me a clip recently, and I had watched a little bit of it, of the actor Mel Gibson,

who appeared recently on the Joe Rogan podcast.

And during that podcast, Gibson said something like this.

I have three friends.

All three of them had stage four cancer.

All three of them don't have cancer right now at all.

Rogan asks, what did they take? Gibson responds

Ivermectin and fenbend, how do I say it? Fendenzol. Fendendazol. Now, you will notice this, the first

drug, Ivermectin, you will be familiar with that due to all of the controversy

involved with using Ivermectum to treat COVID patients during the coronavirus pandemic.

And it was very interesting to me to watch how that particular event unfolded. And I'm using the medical example here as an

introduction to my topic, not because I have any competency with regard to medicine. In fact,

it's the exact opposite. I am completely and entirely incompetent when it comes to any knowledge of

medicine, medical treatments, biology, never really been all that interested. I read about it because I feel

like it's an important component of personal performance to at least be vaguely aware of, but I have

zero credentials and zero ability to discern fact from fiction
