Hello everybody, welcome back to the Primal Potential Podcast.

I am Elizabeth Benton and I'm so excited to share with you a new tool that I'm using

for my health that I never for saw I would use and I'll tell you why and I love it and

I'm going to tell you why.

Before I do that though, this episode is airing on March 20th and if you have been around

for a while that date might sound significant and it is certainly significant to me one

of the most significant days in my life today marks three years since the day our daughter

Dagnied died.

And you can kind of hear those stories on the podcast but she was born full term, actually

almost a week overdue.

Healthy was sent home with us no sense of any issues or problems and long traumatic story

short.

She died very unexpectedly when she was just two weeks old on March 20th, 2020 and I

know that date probably sounds significant to a lot of other people because that was

the week that the world shut down in response to COVID and changed my whole life.

And a major way and one of the things that Chris and I did in the aftermath of Dagnies

death was create the Dagnie Foundation.

And the Dagnie Foundation is a way for us to honor Dagnie by supporting other families

who are walking through infant crisis or infant loss because they can tell you that we had

no idea just how much support we would need and we would crave and for things that you

just don't want to have to handle with financial strain of loss or crisis.
