Summary
The other day someone asked me if I had ever used a continous glucose monitor or if I ever would. I said no! And then just days later, through a series of aligned opportunities, I started using one! Ha! I don't think they're for everyone, but I have learned so much, I'm absolutely loving it and I'm sharing EVERYTHING with you today!
>> Here's what I'm using <<
What is a continuous glucose monitor and how does it work?
Who should use one?
How does it help?
What does it help with?
What have I learned?
What has surprised me?
How much does it cost?
How long will I use it?
Here's the one I'm using. It's called Levels.
Also, I'd love for you to support The Dagny Foundation. Thanks in advance for helping us support families who are navigating infant crisis and infant loss!
Also mentioned in today's episode: The Consistency Course
