Today you're here to talk about your new book that's coming out, The Miracle Mindset, which is coming out February 21st.

And really it is all about mindset when we don't have our head screwed on straight.

Nothing is going to work in our life.

But I'd love for you to start by sharing your story

and what led you to create this book.

So I was actually right in the middle of my very first big book the Virgin Diet.

It was a couple weeks out before it was going to publish.

I had a public television show getting ready to launch.

It was a crazy time.

And I'd gone all in for that book

because I just knew that it could help a bunch of people.

So I'd invested the entire advance.

I'd borrowed money. Like, I had put everything into it and then like my it was I came home one night I was taking

then like my it was I came home one night I was taping video I was tired and my son my two boys 15 and 16 now the

other setup is I'm the financial support for my family so I've got everything

invested I'm the financial support for my family I come home my 16 year old who has bipolar disorder was having a bad day
