Welcome to Fit Body Happy Joints. My name is Shannon. Today we're going to talk about exercises role on leanness or fat loss.

I get a lot of questions about weight loss like should I add more cardio is

diet not exercise but I want to explain all of the research around this and exercises

potential contribution to fat loss, but it's probably not contributing to fat loss in the way you may think.
