Summary

NEW EPISODE of @niceandneatthepodcast available on all streaming platforms‼️  (EP. 107) CAN SPACE STRENGTHEN YOUR RELATIONSHIP? (EP. 107)  It is common for couples to spend most of their time together, but it is also essential to have healthy space in a relationship. What is healthy space? It is the time and distance that allow individuals in a relationship to maintain their own identity and interests. It means having some alone time to recharge and pursue personal interests without feeling guilty. On the other hand, unhealthy space refers to being emotionally distant from your partner, avoiding communication, or neglecting the relationship. This can lead to feelings of insecurity and resentment. So, how can you get space from your partner without leaving? It's essential to have open and honest communication. Let your partner know that you need some time for yourself, and assure them that it has nothing to do with them. Set boundaries and stick to them. This will help create a balance in the relationship. Space is not a sign of a failing relationship but like everything in a relationship it should thoroughly be communicated through.  Thanks for watching, and remember to hit that like button and subscribe for more thought-provoking content JOIN US PATREON‼️ https://www.patreon.com/niceandneat?utm_campaign=creatorshare_creator Thank you for joining us!
