I'm continuing on in this series that I'm doing which is called Boundary Boot Camp and today I'm

going to be focusing on Boundary Boot Camp at the office. All of the ins and outs of drawing effective boundaries in the workplace.

How can you create effective boundaries in a work situation? What are the things that you

need to consider? And what does it really mean drawing boundaries at work?

It's the same thing as drawing boundaries in your real life and in your relationships.

It means speaking up, right, talking about your preferences, showing people what your limits are,

whether it is a physical boundary that you draw with someone,

the way that you're interacting with someone that you work with, or whether it's an emotional boundary,

or whether it is a boundary on your time, or whether it's an emotional boundary or whether it is a boundary on your time or whether it's an internal

boundary that you need to draw yourself to make the situation healthy.

So let's just start with the fact that boundaries themselves, our boundaries, your own personal boundary style, is not random.

So let's start with that. It isn't random, right? There are a specific set of circumstances.

As you grow up at a particular family system at a particular time in history and a particular

place in the world and all of those things dictate how you relate how you interact with

other people in personal relationships and in work situations. So these are things that if you're not good at drawing boundaries at work, if you feel like you don't get your needs met.
