I observe in the marketplace, and I am hoping that it will be useful for you. I've developed a way

to deliver high-quality financial advice in a manner that is both personalized and affordable, that is time efficient and comprehensive.

Now, that hasn't been easy. It's taken me quite a number of years to figure out how to do it.

together, and I want to tell you about it. Many years ago, I remember sitting in my kitchen

in West Palm Beach, Florida, with a listener of my podcast, who became a good friend of mine.

And he said to me, Joshua, what you should create is something akin to

radical personal finance university. You should create something where you have basically

modules of everything that somebody would need to know, to join, and they can find out what to do

in all the different stages and places of their life.

And I immediately thought it was a good idea, and I immediately didn't have any clue how to actually

create that and how to deliver it. I am prone to fairly comprehensive thinking. This has been something that has been quite challenging

for me as a businessman in many cases. The normal course of the way my brain works is I'll have a

great idea for a podcast and I'll say, oh, here's a cool idea for a podcast. Let me sit down and

record a cool podcast about this idea that I have. So I'll sit down and I'll start scratching out a few notes. And as I'm sitting

there scratching out the notes, I think to myself, well, actually, this is more than a podcast.

This really needs to be a podcast series. So then I lay out about eight or ten different podcast
