We have pretty consistently achieved 85 to 90 percent occupancy. We really let the market do its business.

And in terms of the biggest thing I've learned in the first year

is not to make too many promises,

because the market is the market and I am their advocate.

We're going to do the best for them.

We're going to give them an idea of how frequently we think it will rent.

So the question is this, how do most agents find the secrets to succeed in today's competitive real estate market?

Especially when the top agents are keeping those secrets themselves?

Sure. So here in Massachusetts I get a really nice long window of 89 days. So in

Massachusetts a short-term rental is anything under 89 days, basically.

Many people think of short-term rentals,

especially here in real estate,

as vacation rentals, but not all short-term rentals are vacation rentals. I do business here on Cape Cod so the
