What is going on? Welcome to the mailbox Monday. I'm your host Josh here with my co-host. KG in the house. No coyote. Just KG. So that didn't go through. I mean, I don't think it wowed Kyle. So that was a little bit of fun for a whole lot of nothing. But that's completely okay. I mean, what can you do? He's not coyote Kyle. He's just Kyle. I'm just Kyle. Yeah, for those of you, a little background who don't know, every Monday, we are going to have a little bit of fun at the beginning for the first couple minutes and then get into the questions. But there was a cool car, Mustang GT convertible, not a convertible. Sorry, it was a Coyote edition. tried it. It was fast. It was loud. It was insane,

but the interior sucked. And at the end of the day, when you find a vehicle and you're not 100% happy with it, don't get it. You're not forced to. And I had a little bit of pressure because my client started messaging me. I got about five messages last week for those of you who listen to the podcast, or sorry, this week saying, hey, Coyote Kyle. And they said this is going to stick. And I'm like, I don't know about that because I didn't get the car. And I think my favorite thing of all was that it doesn't even exist. There is no such thing as a Mustang coyote. And Kyle said, hey, just make sure to Google it. So essentially, this guy just put a bunch of weird badges that look like coyotes on it. And there is a motor that Ford has that is a coyote. But anyways, that's it. The long story short. And we're all going, ah-o at the gym and stuff. It made for some fun, that's okay and another thing we're going to do actually for mailbox monday is myself and kyle are both going to pick one client to give a little shout out to um you know that we think has been killing it uh each week obviously you know we're working with a good number of people that are all amazing but this will be huge Obviously, you know, we're working with a good number of people

that are all amazing, but this will be huge motivation, you know, for people that have gone above

1:49.0

and beyond and need a little shout out. So my, my first shout out this week will have to be for

1:55.3

my boy, Travis Foster. You know, I just posted him on Instagram, his transformation. He's just absolutely killing it. You know,

2:02.5

we've done a lot of work recomping him, building his strength. Then he just finished his first cut

2:07.2

and he worked super hard to hit his goal for Florida. And I think that that fired me up. You know,

2:12.1

he's making no excuses. He was going on a lot of runs to make that happen, you know, committing

2:16.4

to the eating. And right now we're transitioning him out.

2:19.3

And he's my Xbox buddy.

2:21.1

So that's pretty cool.

2:21.9

I actually end up playing with him sometimes.

2:24.0

So he's getting some extra coaching in there and having to deal with me in that arena, which is pretty funny.

2:30.9

What a beauty.

2:32.0

So there is one of my clients.

2:33.8

He actually signed up from the summer special.

2:36.9

He took advantage very early on and we have been able to do so far. I'm just looking at our

2:42.0

spreadsheet. For those of you who don't know for our coaching, Josh over the years has perfected a state of the art

2:46.9

tracking system to ensure that all the important information to get you at the best shape of

2:51.4

your life is being tracked accurately. So right now we're on week 11. Basically he came to me at

2:57.0

85 KG and he said, I need to be this way by the end of my trip. He's been sending me consistent

3:03.3

progress photos every couple weeks. He's done the measurements. But overall, to give you a long story short, he started at 85Ks. And today he texted me, he's now at 74.6 KGs, which is over 10 KGs, which is about 20 pounds. How many KG? I don't usually, oh, and that's my initials, KG. I don't usually work in kilograms, but either way, that point is it's over 20 pounds right there in about 11 weeks. And we will be posting his photo on our Instagram or at least website soon. It's just like we're coming at the end of the 12 week transformation that we're going to continue afterwards. But he sent me a message this morning. I can't believe it. All the hard work has paid off and it hasn't really set in yet.
