0:26.5	marriage retreat in okamus yes okamus michigan and we're going to be sharing a lot of the insights from that retreat.
0:35.7	The impact it had on the marriages that were there, on the couples that were there, and the
0:41.8	impact on one in this community it was an extraordinary weekend and
0:47.0	it was just a blessing to be there that's that's for darn. So we got to give a big old shout out to
0:54.2	Susan and Bob Mentzel out there who invited us to come speak and gosh just
1:02.4	allowed us to just share from the heart what we've been doing here for two years
1:06.4	on the podcast you know and being who we are and not putting any really stipulations around what we do and why was it just
1:16.8	amazing I will have to say it was a crazy weekend for us because we took off on
1:21.7	Thursday we flew pretty much all for us because we took off on Thursday.
1:23.4	We flew pretty much all day.
1:26.0	It was about 12 hours of, I think it was about 11 or 12 hours of flying time.
1:31.0	Then we had about a 45 minute drive into Okimos from Flint. So we didn't get into our
1:37.4	hotel room until midnight? Yeah, give or take. Yeah, I think it was midnight on Thursday.
1:45.0	And so by the time we got into our room, we were beat down and tired.
1:48.4	Luckily for us, Friday was a really relaxing day for us because the conference didn't start until 7 o'clock that
1:55.0	evening.
