Summary

Caller Susan: "I had never heard of Betrayal Trauma before listening to your podcasts. Four months ago I discovered my partner was in an emotional affair with a single female lady from our dance class group. Even though l stopped it continuing and I believe and have been assured that NOTHING physically sexual happened, I am stuck because this person is still in our dance class and very much involved with our social circle of friends and just seeing her triggers me. My Partner has disclosed all the messages from messenger to me as he believed he did nothing wrong. However there are several lengthy (hour and half) late-night video calls where l found out they were in bed chatting (we don’t live together) they have both told me the content of those conversations was nothing, just this and that and work-related. I am struggling to believe this and am obsessed with the content of those video calls. My partner has since realized what he did was wrong and hurtful. Please, can you help?"

All right, before we answer that, let me read a quick review here. So this says

learning so much, and it's from learning from Texas, I believe. I'm a

can relate to in that episode. Then I listen and find so many things about
