| 0:41.0 | This space between what you want to be doing with your behaviors and what you actually do. |
| 0:51.4 | And when I've talked about it before, I think the reason that it's so relatable is because |
| 0:56.0 | the gap has never been wider ever due to how accessible information is. |
| 1:03.6 | I think about the different types of people that I follow on social media. |
| 1:08.0 | I follow people who are experts in business. |
| 1:11.2 | I see all of the recommendations and strategies that they put out on operating a business. |
| 1:17.6 | That expands what I believe is possible for me. |
| 1:22.4 | It expands my sense of expectation for myself. |
| 1:28.0 | And then that just grows when I'm following people who are into fitness and seeing what |
| 1:32.9 | they do and the things that they teach and the tools that they put forward and raising |
| 1:37.1 | kids and managing your home and all of these different areas because of how accessible |
| 1:44.8 | information is, we can unknowingly, unconsciously expand the space between our intentions and |
| 1:56.6 | our intervention, what we expect of ourselves and what we do. |
| 2:01.3 | I actually wrote about this a lot in my second book, which is called Tools for the Trenches. |
