Workout Structure

Intervals:

  • 45 seconds work / 15 seconds rest

  • Repeat 5 rounds

  • 2-minute recovery

  • Complete the full cycle 3 times

Push during your work intervals. Recover with intention. Let your breath and body remind you—you are alive and held.

Questions to Carry

As you move through each interval, reflect:

Who were you when you first met Jesus?
Who were you when He began to show up in your life?
What were you hoping He would change?

Where have you grown?
Where has God softened you?
Where are you less reactive than you used to be?

What old mindset is God replacing in you?

A New Way to Live

You are allowed to outgrow what once protected you.

Survival is not the same as new life.

In Christ, you get to put on a new self—a new way of walking in this world.

And if He is correcting you, He is not condemning you.

He is shaping you.
He is working.
He is bringing new life.

So keep moving.
Stay present.
Let every interval remind you:

You are alive.
