As you start moving, take a moment to check in:

How does your body feel today?

Not with judgment—but with curiosity.

Instead of running from discomfort, ask:
"Lord, what does kindness look like for me today?"

  • Do you need to push a little?

  • Or is today an invitation to pull back?

Let your movement be guided by grace, not pressure.

"Better is one day in your courts than a thousand elsewhere…"

As you move, let this truth anchor you:
Being with God is better than striving without Him.

As your body warms and your heart opens, consider:

What does "better" look like for you today?

Notice what rises up.
Pay attention without judgment.
Bring it before the Lord.

Move in Love

This is your invitation to move your body in love, not punishment.
To stay present.
To listen.
To respond.

Keep your eyes on Christ.
Let your identity shape your effort.

it's good to start if we want to think about a scale we're gonna from one to 10 right we're gonna be

about a four to five and we're going to move up to a seven. What does that mean? So think of

hard. So we want to start at a four to five right now to warm up. So intentional, but then I want you to gradually as you get warm,
