| 0:45.4 | And where we came from, where we started from before the breakthroughs and the realizations |

| 0:59.9 | And it's a sneaky thing, this all or nothing thinking. |

| 1:06.3 | And the reason I say it's a sneaky thing is that it often shows up in one area of life, |

| 1:15.4 | Like, you probably are not in all or nothing thinker with your kids and parenting. |
| 1:22.5 | Most parents are not saying, well, I lost my temper earlier. |
| 1:26.6 | So no point in trying to be a good parent for the rest of the day or breakfast was kind |
| 1:32.5 | of a nightmare. |
| 1:33.5 | So might as well not feed the kids lunch or dinner. |
