show. Hey client my question for you is I can't find a property that's priced well enough. I don't want to pay $400,000 for a property that's only more of 200,000 because of this price spike over the last two

year or a year and a half or so.

I live in Georgia trying to figure out how to do it.

I've got three realtors.

They keep giving me all these overpriced properties

trying to find a good outlet to invest any help would be greatly
