All right, what do I listen to when I train? It depends. I will say that I do listen from anything

from heavy metal to podcasts to I've done classical music. I've done trans. It depends on the mood.

But what I usually do is if I'm not listening to a podcast, it's usually one song on repeat.

So whatever song gets me going that day, it is that song on repeat. And I do not switch songs. I don't like random shuffle, because I don't like songs that I don't know are coming. I don't want to skip shit and blah, blah, blah, blah. I like to just listen to one song on fucking repeat that's just jacking me up and then just smash the steel. So I just kind of turn that up to 11 and then just rock. And it depends on what that is day to day. Number two, what's your take on training while sick? You don't. If you've been feeling like a zombie while you're at the gym, you're making it worse and you're also putting other people at risk for getting sick. So forgetting other people, you should not train while you're sick because you're sick and you're not going to make it better. That's a myth. You're not going to train and get better. If you get better from training, it's just a coincidence you were getting better anyway. If you're sick, you should not be training and putting your body under more stress. So that is your answer.
