So, I am just back from tour.

I say just back.

I was back last night and I was super tired and I decided to sleep instead of recording a

podcast and you're all having to suffer for it.

I'm sorry.

I just wasn't feeling it.

And you can even hear my voice. I wasn't fully back.

So like one of the gigs was in this little speakeasy down the stairs. And so it was a very small

room. And they're like, you don't need a microphone because it's so small. And I just keep thinking,

I do. Because I need to project otherwise otherwise and it's clearly not doing me too well

because my throat's not doing great. My voice is a wee bit dodgy, but that's fine. So I did pick up

a really cute copy of, a really cute copy of lessons in chemistry. So it's like a hardback, but like the fabric cover hardback, you know, the sexy kind, yeah.

And it's got like a periodic table of elements on it.

It's fab.

And as I was buying it, clearly, clearly the book clerk man saw me and was like, yeah, she's going to want this recommendation.

And he goes, oh, have you read this before?

He says of the book I'm purchasing.

And I went, yes, but this cover was prettier.
