0:37.0	It is June 11, 2024. And if you are within the sound of my voice congratulations you made it to the other side of
0:47.2	the summer game best and it's and it's abundant side events, I suppose.
0:57.0	Yeah, a lot of games getting announced, a lot of games were, well, a lot of games getting
1:06.4	announced or a lot of games getting shown. It felt like a lot of games that we knew about
1:12.1	being shown, sometimes for the first time, sometimes for the first time and
1:15.8	a long time.
1:20.1	And it's been a fascinating week. It's been a fascinating week for me because I watched it all from here.
1:27.0	Originally had plans and appointments and all sorts of stuff to go to the Summer Games Fest events and see a bunch of games and you know
1:38.0	Record some interviews and such but for the past week or so now, a little over a week actually, my voice has been shot.
1:48.0	It is seemingly allergies, but I basically got to a point where it's like, can't talk so I can't go record an interview in a loud room full of people.
1:57.0	I am 99% sure that I'm not sick but at the same time I don't want to go if this is something else I don't want to go get a bunch of people sick
2:08.6	And then on the you know and then extrapolating from that, even if I'm not sick, if my voice sounds like that, people are going to assume that I'm sick.
2:19.0	And then when they get sick because everyone gets sick after this, they're going to blame me. I said no thank you. So, so yeah I ended
2:32.3	up hanging out here and and kind of watching the proceedings from a distance.
2:39.2	It's, and I'm not seeing, you know, like talking to some people who were there and reading some of the reporting that is coming out of the event, I'm not seeing that much. Like, that wasn't just like, hey, this press conference you know like it really seems like the the biggest parts of the shows
2:58.4	were you know in the videos that you know up on the YouTube channel if you want to really hear how bad my
3:04.6	voice got you can watch the Xbox show the Yewe soft the show and the Summer
3:12.0	Games Fest show itself, you know, with me and my voice.
