We are going to talk about rejection. Okay, you know I'm all about mindsets reframing your

mindset to be positive. So I'm going to give you a little mindset shift on what to do if you get

rejected. This can be from a person, from a job, from an opportunity, from an apartment, from a school.

Rejection looks like many things and it is, it's a human thing. We all, unfortunately, get humbly

rejected sometimes. However, with a little mindset shift, you can change the way that you think

about and deal with rejection so that, you know, it's just, it's nothing. You walk it off and you

just keep on about your merry little day and, and you just keep being the stunning, glowing,

healthy queen that you are. So that is the vibes for today. However, first, very, very different

topics I have been talking about how I started. Well, last week was my first time going to the

natural path and I posted about it on Instagram and I was so shocked at the amount of replies

that I got asking for me to talk about what I'm going to a natural path for and talk about my hormones

and stuff like that. And I said that I would just update the podcast weekly or as updates come.

So I never really gave you the full rundown of what's going on with my hormones and my journey

to hormone health. I've talked about it here and there and one of my New Year's resolutions was

to get more into hormone health and balance them out long story short or as short as I can make it

so that you know what is going on. I personally am not on birth control and that is just a personal

preference. I, I think it makes me, it makes me crazy to be honest. Like I don't like to say that

but I do not feel like myself when I'm on birth control and it makes me sad and especially someone

who has dealt and deals with anxiety and depression. When I am on birth control, it is heightened

to a thousand and I really just have a hard time with my mood and how I feel when I'm on birth
