So my best mood of the week was basically just continuing to tell myself that it's okay to not be okay

And it's okay to be okay

Just really kind of focusing on being super gentle with myself not being in a rush to feel a certain way

accepting what I was feeling in the moment and

Not just reading too much into it. I think that no matter what I was feeling throughout the entire week

Whether it was cranky or irritable or sad or okay or fine
