0:11.9	Y'all, I'm so glad to be here today. Listen, two days ago, I did a sunrise hike to Charlie's Bunyan in the Smokies.
0:22.0	If you haven't done this hike, it's a tough one.
0:27.3	And we left the trailhead at 4 a.m. and hiked in the dark for two hours.
0:32.8	It's very rocky and steep and just in general an amazing but difficult hike we had a great time we um
0:42.3	I went with a group from my gym and just really enjoyed myself so so much but it has taken me
0:49.2	a couple of days to recover so today which is Monday if you're listening today, we are launching life coach
0:57.5	certification. This is our second round of coach certification training. This particular training,
1:04.9	applications opened today. They will close on Wednesday, May 18th, Wednesday night.
1:14.7	And this class will begin their training in August. The training will go from August to November. It's a four-month
1:20.5	training. And we are just finishing up with the first round of certification so we are two weeks away from
1:30.2	certifying our first class of coaches and we are so excited you guys I don't think I've
1:36.0	ever created anything as deep and rich as this training it It's so good. Grounded in the scriptures, but with the latest in
1:50.0	neuroscience and the best coaching tools on the planet, just really an incredible program.
1:58.0	So today on the podcast, I have Angela Jowers. Angela, some of you know her. She actually
2:04.7	works for me. She runs my community. She's the reason everybody loves my community in life
2:10.8	mentoring school so much. She takes such good care of our people. Her story, she's been on the
