Summary
Today's episode is all about what grinds our gears, mainly within the fitness industry. We open up briefly chatting about the election. Again, we do our best to keep bias aside but want to share our thoughts. Then we discuss a few topics that are really frustrating: Coaches giving shady deals to attractive women, when someone's physique never changes AND they don't change, how cardio is being used as the main tool of attack in a fat loss phase, people who don't listen to the Grow or Die Podcast (c'mon now), why people ghost you as a coach, why people aren't spending their time expanding themselves, people who are scared of excess protein, that growth hormone isn't anabolic and people who take pride in ignorance.
