Hey there, business building warrior. It's your friend Jim. And I've got an unusual episode for you today.

It's going to be pretty short. But this is a very emotional episode for me. You're not here with me. You don't have video.

So I'm not sure if that'll be conveyed or not in the tone and in the manner in which I deliver

what I'm about to say. But this episode is dedicated to the moms specifically. There's a few

dads out there too. But I think the moms in particular have a particularly difficult

struggle. If they're doing business and raising kids on their own.

I'm talking single, widow, divorced, that sort of thing.

It's just you and the kids.

And you're running a business using the internet.

You guys amaze me.

I can't even fathom. Okay, now here's the situation in our home. If you know my wife, Andrea, she's been very open. She's had some

challenges and there's days at a time that go on where I have to step into some roles because

of her health situation. We've been very open with this. A lot of people know us well. I get to play a role that's a little bigger than the typical dad might have to play from time to time.

That's nothing like what you guys do every single day. The reality that you wake up to is there's

no one else there for you to lean back on. When you're down, you've got to have someone from

outside your home stepping in to fill those roles. I don't know how you do it. There was a thread in our Facebook

community recently that started up. Someone said, hey, you know, single moms, divorced, you know,

who's out there? Let's do a shout out. I couldn't believe how many people stepped up. How many of you

are out there? How many of you have built incredible businesses,

even though you're facing this incredible, seemingly almost insurmountable to some of us.

But you've done it. You've done it. Huge shout out right now to a couple ladies in particular.

So many great stories. So many of you just wrote a couple sentences, didn't say much. I'm sure there's an entire book in the story that you could tell about how you're either trying to build or you've already successfully built an incredible business online that supports your family.
