0:04.8	They haven't really thought about the big picture.
0:07.1	They haven't done that long-term vision work.
0:09.2	They haven't done a proper marketing plan or figured out their office structure.
0:12.7	So they might have a great day one and then all of a sudden the phone starts ringing and
