Through her work at Boston College and her collaborations with the FBI, she helped lay the groundwork for modern

criminal profiling. And she continues to teach, influence, and advocate for trauma-informed care

to this day. She also has a new book out called Expert Witness, The Weight of Our Testimony,

When Justice Hangs in the balance.

And her book chronicles some of the cases that she's worked on and gives us an inside look

at her approach to expert witness testimony.
