hormone repair manual, like my absolute favorite topics. I'm a mother of four. Lara and my eldest

child is 19 and she just started college. And so when she got her period and as I'm

watching her develop, thinking very much about her hormones and what that means and how we can

lovely to meet you. So as you can hear from my mixed accent, I'm Canadian originally,

I now live in New Zealand, which is sort of why I have this complicated accent. But my first

degree was in evolutionary biology. I worked as an evolutionary biologist, I published a scientific
