So let's talk about what the Fed had to say, what Jerome Powell had to say in front of the

Senate Banking Committee last week.

Now this is about a few weeks after Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen also gave a warning about banks

and of course the mortgages that are going to be coming due and being able to refinance or not because your buildings

are empty.

So a lot of these commercial real estate owners right now are just walking away from these

buildings.

So what Fed Chief Jerome Powell said this week was really

eye opening. He specifically talked about they've been reaching out to a lot of the

local banks who have a lot of these commercial loans on their balance sheets.
