mood combo, I'm going to be joined by Doug Boast. Doug is an award-winning personal trainer,

of his own transformation. He's a former felon and drug addict sentenced to years in jail

due to his poor decisions. But now he's a trainer, a consultant, works on personal development.

is that I'm finally just feeling settled, like genuinely feeling good within myself

in my environment. And for those of you that have similar anxiety that I do and just kind

of, I don't know, you know that feeling where you're like, oh, I could crawl out of my

own skin because like I just don't know where I am and what I'm doing and I just feel

uncomfortable. I really kind of leaned into where I was and just started feeling more

comfortable and making the most of it. I think I was also just really scared to feel

settled. I kind of talk about it or we'll talk about it in my worst mood this week.

I just like didn't want to lean in right away because I was so used to being on the go
