Today, we have a special guest for you, actually, the founder of Surf Aid, Dr. Dave Jenkins.

I'm sure that you've heard of Surf Aid. Maybe you don't fully understand the work that they do,

but we get into that in today's show. And he's got a really illustrious career. But his life's work is this surf aid project, which he founded in 2000.

So it's really something that we feel a need to focus and shed some light on, something

that any of you listeners can participate and get involved in.

They're doing really good work in very remote

regions of the world where other aid organizations really struggled to figure out how to access

those parts of the world. And it turns out, you know, surfers go to those very remote regions.

And that's why Dr. Jenkins chose these specific places to focus on

specifically indonesia really is where the majority of their work goes but um but again we'll get into

all of those details in the show surfaid.org is their website and of course, we'll have a link to it on surf splendorpodcast.com.

And then Scott and I use the second half of the show to focus on recapping the Hurley
