I would encourage anyone that's kind of getting this analysis

paralysis or is thinking about it network with the right people but take

action get started we're seen interest rates go up a little bit.

It doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. If you find a good market that's in the path of progress,

properties are still cash flowing, now it's still the right time to invest in real estate.
