What's up? I love your intro. I love that I love being on the other side of the mic today. I think this is going to be a lot of fun.

Yeah, this is going to be, I think, one that all of our listeners will be super, super excited about because

we need to know the man behind the mic. So, of all I want to know like how did you end up with

real estate rock stars? How did you end up taking the torch and carrying on this legacy?

It's a pretty, it's a, probably a long story that I make a little shorter, maybe.

So the, I had, so in real estate I've shared a lot that I was in 2005 I graduated as a in

construction man and I was a home builder and it was a great time to be in real

estate and then soon after that the housing market crash. and it was a great time to be in real estate.

And then soon after that, the housing market crashed.

And then I became a house flipper,

buying foreclosure on the courthouse steps

and fixing them and flipping them and selling them.
