Are we about to see interest rates dropping once again? That is the big question on all of our minds. What is the Fed going to do?

I was reading a book the other day, just about the late 70s, early 80s, and the interest

rate prices, I mean, mean you know upwards of 21

22 percent just think about that for a minute to get a 30 year fixed rate

mortgage the 22 percent interest so that's what you were in the late 70s and early 1980s.

Right now, I believe we're in like a healthy period because obviously these interest rates were

kept artificially low by the Federal Reserve and where are we going to get to?

What is the sort of the status quo going to be for the next few years?

Is it going to be down in the 3% range?
