Today I will be recapping the 2004 annual Social Security Trustees

Report. Cue the claps, cue the excitement in the background. Can you feel the buzz? I can.

This is an episode I've been doing every year for the last few years when the

annual Social Security Trustees report comes out.

Thankful. Well, you know, for me, it's it's pretty straightforward because I basically just

use the same talking points and script I had last year and just update it to reflect the new

facts and figures as given in this year's report. So with that said, this is going to be the same

thing. So this report comes out every

year around this time. It's not always the same date, not even the same month. I think

2003, it came out in April, I want to say. This year, 2024, came out in May, early May. So I don't

know what exactly the rhyme or reason is behind the timeline with which it comes out.

But, you know, it is usually spring or summer is when you can expect to see this come out.
