| 0:00.0 | What's up you want to waste our story? It's our story, love. Let's go. What's up you guys? Already welcome to day 21. Today we are going to get down and dirty and talk about an early morning. So we talked about a morning routine. I've shared some of my tips and tricks. I've shared my sunrise alarm clock. If you've never heard me talk about that, I love that thing. It works really well for me, wakes me up gradually. I then go and turn off my alarm on my phone at the other end of the room. That's the other tip I'd give you is alarm at the other end of the room and phone at the other end of the room because that'll impact your sleep also. I don't have any like |
| 0:37.9 | electronics, iPad, nothing. It's not like I watch TV before bed. We actually don't have a TV in our bedroom at all, which I mean, to some people, they love it, but it could be impacting your sleep. I also take a, I don't talk about this enough. I take a sleep supplement. I don't, I have taken CBD there's nothing wrong with it. I love it. I think Andre takes a form of CBD. Yeah, I think he does. |
| 0:37.7 | I take these like melatonin. It's like the right dosage though of melaton. Every time I say I'm like, trust me, I've taken melatonin before and you're like dead to the world the next day. It's not like that. And there's a mix of lemon bomb and like all this different stuff in it. And it just works really well for me. |
| 1:10.9 | I take three of those at night. |
| 1:12.2 | It's called last thing. |
| 1:13.2 | It's really freaking good. |
| 1:14.4 | So those are just a couple of things that I do to set myself up for success for an early morning. |
| 1:20.1 | But I want to share like strategically how, how do you become a morning person? |
| 1:25.2 | And this coming from like the girl that was a night owl. |
| 1:29.4 | I would stay up when I first started my coaching business. And there's nothing wrong with this either. |
| 1:33.4 | By the way, I just think that I mean, there's nothing wrong with, but I know that I am a happier, |
| 1:39.4 | more productive person with my morning routine than I was with my nighttime routine. |
| 1:43.9 | Because I'm sorry, |
| 1:45.4 | waking up at like 11 or noon because you stayed up so late the night before. And you're awake |
| 1:50.3 | only in darkness. It can, it affects you. So just having done both and being able to do both, |
| 1:57.2 | I love staying up all night and working on something. And it's for the same reasons, |
| 2:05.9 | by the way. I love being up when no one else is awake because there's no distractions. Your phone's not going off. There's nothing to check on social. There's nothing to do. So you have a really good |
| 2:08.9 | focus time. And so I found that same love in the morning. So I flipped it. Because me, like I said, |
| 2:15.8 | me waking up in the middle of the day was not productive and not have like cutting my sunshine time like my daily dose of sunshine in half just wasn't doing it for me. |
| 2:27.3 | So it took, I'll tell you this, an insane amount of habit tracking. |
| 2:32.3 | We talked about that. |
| 2:33.7 | So habit forming. So just understanding what I was |
